After many years of experience in my own vegetarian/biological small restaurant "Enig Alternatief" in Arnhem (the Netherlands) time has come for a change, a new challenge: France.

Again we'll use local and biological products in the daily three-course menu we prepare for our guests. (To be ordered the previous night). On request, we also cook vegan and we can take diets into account.

When the weather allows breakfast and dinner will of course be served outside.

Fancy meat for a change? There is a cosy inn within walking distance serving local dishes with products from their own garden. The Auberge Les Grands Prés is located 2 km away from La Hardalle.
